After-Hours Medical Care When you have urgent medical needs and your doctor’s office is closed, After-Hours Medical Care is a convenient, cost-effective way to receive care without a visit to the emergency room.After-Hours Medical Care provides a broad spectrum of care by board-certified physicians who are trained to diagnose and treat a wide variety of ailments in patients of all ages. Open evenings and weekends, walk-ins are welcome. After-Hours Medical Care does not replace your primary care physician and does not offer physical exams or routine medical care. Also, it’s not an emergency facility that treats life-threatening conditions. It does provide care for a variety of conditions, though, including upper respiratory infections, flu, sprains, simple fractures, lacerations, urinary tract infections, and many others. Staff includes registered nurses, X-ray technologists, and emergency and family medicine physicians. Following are the physicians you may see at After-Hours Medical Care when you have an unexpected medical need:
Walk-ins Welcome Monday through Friday 5:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Telephone 970-544-1250 Location In the Aspen • Basalt Health Care Center 234 Cody Lane Basalt, CO Turn west off Highway 82 at Basalt Avenue (Park and Ride). Take the first left (Cody Lane) and go 0.1 mile. The facility is located on the left side of the road across from High Tone Auto Body.
